MBKM Activity Submission
Students submit the MBKM activity proposal by completing the form provided by the study program, with approval from each course lecturer whose course will be recognized.

MBKM Activity Implementation
Students carry out the MBKM activities and document all activities and portfolios in Google Drive.

After completing the MBKM activities, students upload the activity portfolio files at:

Course Recognition Assessment
Each course to be recognized is assessed by the respective course lecturer.
The final decision on whether the course is recognized and the recognition grade is determined by each course lecturer.
Issuance of Assessment Result Decree (SKHA)
The MBKM Coordinator prepares the Assessment Result Decree (SKHA) containing the recognized grades for each course.
Data Entry into SIAKAD
The SKHA is submitted to the study program administrator to be entered into the SIAKAD system.
Completed
The MBKM recognition process is officially completed.
