LABKOM REGULATIONS
Informatics and Computer Engineering Education Study Program
- PTIK Computer Laboratory is a campus facility with the main function of providing practical services for subjects that require the use of computers.
- All students have the right to use the PTIK Computer Laboratory with service hours from Monday to Friday, starting at 07.00-19.00 WIB, with provisions at 07.00-16.00 WIT for lectures according to the schedule and 16.00-19.00 WIB is used to do assignments that require a computer.
- After these hours students MUST leave the Laboratory for daily maintenance until 20.00 WIB. After 20.00 WIB the PTIK Computer Laboratory MUST BE CLOSED.
- The class (or representatives) who will use the PTIK Computer Laboratory for lectures must confirm and write in the Minutes Book.
- For lectures outside the class schedule.
- Services outside of class hours can be done with applicable regulations.
- During lecture hours, non-essential students are prohibited.
- For use outside of class hours is for work on assignments related to lectures.
- When inside of the PTIK Computer Laboratory, students are PROHIBITED:
- Bring food/drink (please leave it in the space provided);
- Make too much noise;
- Taking equipment (such as mouse, keyboard, etc.) without the permission;
- Open a site that violates the norms of lectures;
- Use for something outside lectures;
- Littering;
- Remove/Add applications without lab assistant’s permission;
- Changing the arrangement of the room (changing the position of the table, chair, pc, etc.)When using the PTIK Computer Laboratory:
- When using the PTIK Computer Laboratory:
- Make the best use of the facilities;
- Turn off CPU and Monitor after using;
- Returning used equipment to its original position;
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the room;
- Save practicum files on personal devices;
- Maintain the security of the PTIK Computer Laboratory;
- Report to the lab assistant if left behind or damaged equipment is found;
- Students who violate the rules above can be sanctions in the form of a warning from the laboratory assistant or lecturer or expelled from the PTIK computer laboratory.
